I have been doing a lot of things to improve my health, but was still having a few struggles. I started taking these vitamins and literally it was a game changer. I feel like they have helped with my digestion and metabolism and energy. The taste was not my favorite at first, but then after I started taking them consistently, it’s really not bad at all.
