I had a stroke in 2010 and have been a blood thinner called warfarin for the last 10 years and I have been eating a quarter cup of spinach daily combined with my daily warfarin pill in order to keep my blood at its ideal thickness. With the help of my INR person I’ve been able to adjust my blood thinner / warfarin intake to partner well one package of Gruuins gummy bears daily to keep my blood at its ideal thickness. I am absolutely loving this option of getting the greens I need and that i no longer need to eat spinach daily! Gruuins gummy bears have been a total game changer for me.. and I would highly recommend these to anyone on a blood thinner as long as they coordinate with their INR person to adjust their blood thinner as needed while taking them!!

Doesn’t matter if you buy it direct or from a retailer. One packet from a retail box I bought had a packet that wasn’t sealed so the gummies were all dried out.
