I grabbed gruns to take with me while travelling and during crazy busy weeks to have easy fiber and micronutrients. The taste is nice and they are easy to grab and go with. I don't know that I necessarily feel any energy changes or whatnot with them, but I wasn't grabbing them for that purpose. I don't think I'll use them for every day life but definitely great to have when I can't get or don't know if I'll get all of my nutrients when my routine is off balance.
