I tried Grüns and haven't missed a daily dose yet! I get the same benefits from my multivitamin with the added benefits of greens and I love the smell and taste. Highly recommend giving them a try!

They both taste great and I have trouble staying within the suggested guidelines. I noticed after a few days of taking Gruns that my digestive system issues were improving, and so I plan to continue using them to make sure it continues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lemonade flavor I liked, the original not at all. I have tried several times to eat them and I can’t, they’re oily and odd textured compared to the other flavored ones. Sadly, I miss taking them, they helped with regularity.
