I was skeptical at first but I had just begun my GLP 1 journey and needed something, anything, to help with the bloating and constipation I had after taking just my first injection. Gruns did not disappoint! I feel better and my Bums are rote regular now than before I started the GLO 1. Fantastic and great tasting too!!!! I highly recommend to anyone.

I was struggling to go to the bathroom probably every 4 to 5 days and now I go at least every day if not every two days. It did take me about two weeks to adjust to it. I had severe bloating, gas, and cramping but now we are good to go.

I have a kid in pre-k and I usually catch every sickness they bring home. But I’ve been strong through all the sick storms that plague my house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is unbelievable.! 1st I haven't been regular since starting GLP1 (on/off) for more than a year. 2nd I am usually a bit foggy in the mornings getting my kids to school like not finding my words, forgetting things, and find it difficult to get them out to the bus. Immediately after starting Gruns, I am regular like everyday going to the bathroom right after my coffee or tea. My mornings are clear now no brain farts, no losing words. And my skin seems plumper. I got the sugar free in the green packet, I don't love the flavor but it's not terrible. Next I will try a new flavor(if available) or go with the not sugar free. I really love this product!!

I wanted to give Gruns a try, after a good friend recommended the green gummy to me. I am a very picky eater, so I was both surprised and delighted by the taste! It's only been three weeks since I started, but I have noticed that I have more energy. I'm also sleeping through the night. I don't know if that is because of the vitamins... but I have not been able to fall asleep and stay asleep for years. I will update my results after taking these for 3 months.
