I kept trying, every day I would open a packet and try drinking some juice with it or water or I would eat something like a banana whatever to Minimize my side effects, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me.

My stools have been loose since then and I actually started taking the product hoping the prebiotics, probiotics, and fiber would help firm things up. I know this is the exact opposite of what you guys advertise them to do, but I was going to give them a try. I have been taking them for a week now and they are really having the effect that I need them to be having for me. They taste great so that is just an added bonus for me.
