As a physician I am always a bit skeptical of internet products promising life change. Having been on GLP agents now for 2 years first semaglutide now terzepatide I have had the usual gi motility and hydration issues. I was using a variety of different products with success but no joy. I tried Gruns at another physicians home and was immediately aware of a shift towards a more normal gi activity. I now eat them every morning with coffee as does my wife who has Parkinson's which often has its own set of gi issues. We both find them to be a great way to start our morning and find them to hit just right. I think for anyone who's looking for an easy tasty portable solution to a more healthy gi tract this is a great option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My digestion is much improved, I feel better after eating my Bears, especially with being on GLP1 medication. I was skeptical at first but was positively impressed by the quality. Would definitely recommend.

The quality is very inconsistent. Sometimes the gummies are soft and gummy, other times they a little dry and hard. Recently they have a gritty gummy texture that is very off putting. If the gummies are not consistent, not likely to consistently purchase them although I do enjoy the benefits.

I give regular Gruns 5 stars, the sugar free gets 4 for taste and they are a little squished. It's still well worth it and I look forward to them every day. They are convenient and give me good fiber and energy! I recommend for all but especially those on a GLP medication.
