I feel like I want to walk. Before it was a chore to do anything now I am going up and down the stairs because I need to expound energy. Helps me with gut health and using the bathroom. I did not feel any more energy when using. Also didn't feel as though it helped with immunity as well as vitamin C and zinc.

I would not, they're gone in a flash) Do have some reduced cravings, but minimal change in my low energy - my main reason for starting Gruns. Previously took Swanson's Green Energy Blend capsules - had some increase in energy; stopped for 2 weeks prior to started Gruns. Also have taken Swanson's Peppermint oil w/rosemary,& thyme and an acidophilus tablet each morning for the last 40 years for IBS. I will continue to take for 90 days, but then expect to resume taking Swanson's Green Energy Blend capsules. I get the same increase in energy.
