They are very convenient, I keep some in my purse and my car and they are so easy to take. The taste is pleasant but they offer a limited special flavor every month and they have been delicious! So much convenience in one little packet.

I’m recovering from knee surgery and wanting to make sure I fill my nutrition gaps, so I stocked up to take advantage of the introductory discount. When the order came, however, the gruns seem to be of lower quality, they were dried out and had a less pleasant texture. Maybe they were just older? Anyway, now I have a whole lot of these stale gruns and I feel a little duped.

They have drastically helped my digestive system, immunity, skin, hair, nails, energy and focus.
