I promptly ditched my supplement pill routine and replaced it with one pack of Gruns a day. I really feel like I'm getting more nutritional and supplemental value from them than what I ever did from taking individual vitamin tablets/pills. In fairness, I've been taking them now for about two-weeks, but in these two weeks I've noticed a significant difference in my "regularity", energy and alertness. I've also noticed that it has curbed my appetite to a certain extent in that I'm not craving sweets after my meal and my portion sizes are smaller because I feel a little less hungry.
