I usually struggle with regularity and after trying these, things got moving, and I’ve been consistent ever since. Flavor-wise, they taste like a green smoothie, so if that’s not your thing, fair woman. The texture isn’t like a typical gummy either. If I had to compare: gummy bears are like Laffy taffy, but Gruns are more like Airhead Taffy, firmer and less squishy, which I actually don’t mind. My kids love them. I even sent some in a care package to my daughter at college, and she’s hooked, so she’ll be getting her own stash soon. You really have to try them yourself and see what you think.
