I feel clearer and focused, which I desperately need during perimenopause. The comprehensive nutrition is a great plus when I'm not eating as well as I should.

From a health perspective, this product works really well and you notice a difference within the first few days. The part I'm not in love with is the flavor. I have to spread put consuming them throughout the day, otherwise I'd never finish them if I had to consume them all in one sitting.

I’d say the sugar free has a slightly odd taste in comparison …. but if you chill them in the refrigerator it makes a big difference (and you won’t miss the extra calories)!

I continue to take them for the vitamins and supposed gut health but I have to find something else to help with moving my bowels. They also started to come dry and much more chewy. They’re not soft and sticky anymore.
