[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are amazing!!! I feel the difference when I miss a day. It took a couple of weeks to get used to the taste and feel the benefits but now they are tasty and I can honestly say that I haven't been sick once and I'm a teacher!!

We've gotten some that are way too soft and melted, some that are hard, some that are just right and some that are kind of gritty (at first I was going to complain but after a whole bag I kind of prefer that texture and now am hoping to come across it again). As long as you are OK with a bit of variety they are good.

So I have been taking everyday and feel they must fill some nutritional voids I’ve had. I feel better, and I have never forgotten to take them even for one day as I like the taste and I feel better because of them. More energy. Think more clearly?

I am on a GLP1 and it has helped so much with my digestion and giving my body nutrients that I may be missing. Great product. 10/10
