Having had previous gastrointestinal issues, I was nervous about starting the GLP-1 but knew it was necessary to get my weight and health back on track. About a month ago, I became even more constipated than usual and a friend recommended Gruns. Since I starting taking Gruns daily…I have seen a change in frequency with my bowel movements, my sugar cravings have decreased and I definitely have more energy.
