The first health benefit that I have experienced is that I am more regular in the bathroom department so if that is one of your concerns then I would definitely recommend this product!

You can taste the green and taste the healthiness but there was nothing gross or bitter about it. It was actually really delicious and having something that simple and easy to implement into your diet is one of the most integral parts of this fast paced life we live in. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taste like a lemon drop until you chew a few seconds too long. Then it tastes like a lemon drop rolled in fine dirt. The mushrooms, I’m guessing. Also, they haven’t helped a bit with bowel movements, which I was really hoping for since I’m on a GLP-1. Worst of all, I see no way to cancel my subscription. I emailed over a week ago asking for help, but none so far. Very disappointing & in my opinion, bad business practice to have trouble getting in touch with you to cancel.
