I also have severe eczema and i have noticed a difference in my flare ups and skin. It does help curb your appetite. Ive now got my husband on this as well.

I like that these are fun little gummies taste good and do all three things. The fact that they are in their own pouch is also great. It makes it super convenient (and, one day a packet had 9 bears instead of 8 which was super exciting!)

I was so excited to open the package got my first little packet opened and they smell funny to me. I took a bite of one of the Gummies and I know that they’re low sugar. I read somewhere that they taste like a strawberry gummy?? No, no it didn’t taste strawberry to me. It didn’t taste like any fruit I had ever had. they’re not consistent to Gummies texture wise for me anyway they’re not sweet enough for me I guess? I don’t know if it was the smell the texture. I just didn’t like the taste at all and I couldn’t even finish one packet

Can you do something to make them taste better like add a berry flavor or something.

I would like to know if it is recommended to then reduce taking these to every other day? Also I would have thought I would have more energy and I do not.

Hi!!! This is NOT a product malfunction - just a subjective taste opinion. I think these taste HORRIBLE and they leave the WORST aftertaste. I have to legit choke them down - which I will eventually, but I would never re-order them. I’m sorry. I feel badly saying that but it’s the cold hard truth for me personally.
