I don’t know how they work with my immunity and all that, but I know that they are tasty and they do help your bowels, which I do not have a problem with anyways, but you do have easier bowel movements

In fact, they taste a little sweet, a little green, they are entertaining to the mouth. I eat mine slowly, like little tiny bites at a time, usually when watching TV instead of munching on unhealthy stuff. How are water closet (did you know that's what WC stands for?) visits, you ask? Fine, just fine, perhaps even better than fine. Not like clockwork, but most def not like a freeway in LA at 5 pm. So give them a try. You might just like them!

I LOVE the regular ones and I feel more energetic taking them and I have MS. My symptoms are better on the regular gruns and I’ve tried everything. I am doing HIIt workouts daily and ilthese help! Sugar free though-the aftertaste is too much. I’ll deal with a few grams of sugar. Sorry this recipe needs taste improvement but thumbs up to the company.

They were SO BAD and my sister recommended this product and they have taken it away practically completely!! Thank you!! The caramel Apple flavor was good. I’m trying the fruit punch one this round!
