There are no bold flavors, nothing fruity or candy like. They taste like what they are, a simple gummy trying to sneak vegetables into your routine. What they do well is convenience. No mixing, no blender cleanup, and no thick green sludge that makes you question your life choices. If you do not enjoy greens powders, this is a much easier option. On the flip side, do not expect dramatic results or superpowers. I did not suddenly feel like I could run a marathon or become one with a kale garden. The taste is more “nutritional supplement” than “treat,” but that is fine. They deliver nutrients in a simple, low effort way. Would I buy them again? The texture, same as your everyday gummy candies, such a plus! The flavor, delish. Does not taste GREEN, lol. I take them after my lunch, when I get that sugar crave, IT WORKS. My daughter said she thinks they improved her mood, IDK about that but hey, i'll take it. lol Definitely pricey for a single mom with a college kid, but I'll make it work.
