I was recently diagnosed as being Gluten intolerant and gluten-free foods have less fiber, so I needed to add fiber to my new diet. Was told to use one brand, but it was made from wheat! That was not helping. Tried another that was like drinking lumpy jello--not good. Then tried the Gruns! Wow, very tasty, they have vitamins and minerals and fiber! So much easier to take, and delicious! I feel better, and have more energy. These are now my 3:00 pm snack everyday.
