I love that I am able to gain so many of my daily needed nutrients from these “fruit snacks” I some how have my son who hates everything taking these daily as well! His favorite flavor is the new firecracker flavor and my goodness, they nailed that one!! Tastes just like a fruit snacks. But honestly my favorite has been the collab with Olli Pop, when I tell you I am obsessed 🤩 I’m actually so sad that my bag is gone. That would be the first flavor I would recommend

I would still try to eat them anyway, and I didn't really care for the taste. I'm 70 yrs old and I didnt feel any different taking it, I think I got them for the v wrong reasons I thought it would help with bowel movements ,it didn't.

But more than that, I have not noticed any particular change or improvement in my overall health and this includes no noticeable change to gut health, sleep, energy levels, etc.
