But I've actually really liked Grüns. They taste good, are easy to take, and make me feel like I'm at least doing one healthy thing for myself every day.

So I has seen gruns advertised on social media for a few months and just so happens I went out for sushi and I was so backed up for 2 days so I was like let's give this a try. And I am so happy!!! Not only does it keep me regular but it makes me feel healthier. I love that it is a multi vitamin that is fun and easy to eat. It's tough to beat what it provides. I feel like I'm 5 eating a little happy green bear, but that's probably more of a plus than a detriment. It's also reasonable with what's packed in comparison to if I tried to find it regularly in my diet. I don't have to eat raw spinach like a maniac over the sink anymore to catch up on vitamins I miss with my usual diet.
