My hair stylist told me about Gruns and gave me a sample. I was first impressed that they didn't upset my stomach and they were so good and fun that I had to get my own. Because they are tasty and fun little bears (or stars I was lucky to get to try), I don't forget to take them. I look forward to taking them. Now that I've been taking them longer I feel so much better. I have more energy and gut health has improved. Over all I feel so much better. I would recommend Gruns to anyone.

They are not textured like gummies or gummy bears at all, think more like fruit leather. That said, it's a perfectly fine texture and they are helping me with my digestive system and glp-1 low hunger

Grüns taste great compared to the other fiber supplements I was taking, plus eating a pack of gummy bears is way better than having to take 15 pills to get 6 grams of fiber.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking them for over a year now. They seem to help. They taste fine. Not a fan of the subscription service though because you get absolutely no warning before your order is placed and once it's placed you can't cancel it. Beware of that!
