I really like that they make it easy to get a bunch of vitamins, minerals, and superfood ingredients in one convenient snack-style format — way more enjoyable than swallowing pills or mixing a powder. The flavor is surprisingly good for something green-focused, and I appreciate that it's not overly sweet....however, very pricey!

We all have hEDS in varying degrees, but all of us can feel a reduction in symptoms since introducing Gruns to our daily diet. They're methylated so that our bodies absorb them better, have a wider range of ingredients including adaptogens and antioxidants that I believe have made a huge difference. Each of us has made the mistake of slacking off and regretting it because you can feel the symptoms return. One of my son suffers from recurring migraines and has not had one in months, the longest time he's gone without one in years. For myself and my other son it reduces the amount of overall body ache and stiffness that we generally feel. And he and I need all of the immune system support we can get, this is a daily requirement for us now to ensure our health.

I even checked it out to make sure it was worth taking with an app I have for my supplements. The taste of the original is not as I expected and I like the grinch flavor waaaayyy better! I would continue my subscription if I could get a different flavor. However when I reached out, that was not offered.

The price is a bit of an issue for a fixed income monthly, but I feel that they deliver what they promise. I just don't feel that it is in my budget unfortunately.

Also, they haven't helped a bit with bowel movements, which I was really hoping for since I'm on a GLP-1. Worst of all, I see no way to cancel my subscription. I emailed over a week ago asking for help, but none so far. Very disappointing & in my opinion, bad business practice to have trouble getting in touch with you to cancel.
