I had heard of them before however, my sister came to visit and she was taking Grüns so I tried them and order immediately.My diet is good however I am on GLP-1 medication's and they make life just a little bit better. There's a slight “vitamin” smell or flavor when you first put one in your mouth, but it dissipates quickly and they have a very nice simple sweet flavor that's not overly sweet. My nine, 11, and 13 year-old will all eat them without complaining and in fact, I think they feel like it's a treat that they're getting! I call that a win win win.
