We all have hEDS in varying degrees, but all of us can feel a reduction in symptoms since introducing Gruns to our daily diet. They're methylated so that our bodies absorb them better, have a wider range of ingredients including adaptogens and antioxidants that I believe have made a huge difference. Each of us has made the mistake of slacking off and regretting it because you can feel the symptoms return. One of my son suffers from recurring migraines and has not had one in months, the longest time he's gone without one in years. For myself and my other son it reduces the amount of overall body ache and stiffness that we generally feel. And he and I need all of the immune system support we can get, this is a daily requirement for us now to ensure our health.

While they may not smell as good as they taste, I actually enjoy the flavor. I was worried they wouldn't taste good..they do taste sugary so maybe that's a bonus for my brain to think I'm getting a treat. A healthy treat. While I haven't noticed any huge improvements, I'm still new to taking them, I think I feel less hunger. Happy my husband and I purchased them.

Not because I don't want to be healthy, but largely because I really hate swallowing supplements, and I struggle with it. I look forward to eating my little bag of green teddy bears every day and sometimes I'm a little bit naughty and have two packs when I'm feeling like I need it. Highly recommend.
