For the health effects, 5 stars. As to taste, they're fine. They don't taste “good” but they aren't bad either. They're fine and they make me feel good. Extremely sweet and can literally see the sugar crystals. I have been loving Gruns for a long time, and when I seen them in stores I immediately canceled my subscription. I mean its so much cheaper, but they are AWFUL! They are nowhere near what I've gotten used to with this brand. They are grainy, hard in some spots, but soft and sticky in others, and they taste bitter.

Grüns actually changed that: convenient packs I can just grab and eat whenever, great taste, it covers what could be a dozen separate pills and I'm TAKING THEM DAILY!
