My bloated stomach is gone. Going to the bathroom is the best thing. Make sure you put your pouches in the refrigerator. They do taste better.

Since taking Gruns every day for about 3 months now, there has not been one day where I haven't had a movement. If you know what I mean. I will never go without them. Life changing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had SIBO and POTS for 4 years which cause bad GI symptoms that I've never been able to get relief for - even with multiple specialists, diagnostics, medication, etc. I came across Gruns and am willing to try anything - so far I'm only on day 5. I need more time to see if there is a noticeable difference but I've definitely seen somewhat of a change - I bought 2 months worth to try. I like that so much is packed into a handful of gummies because it makes taking them so much easier. I hope these end up working because I need some positive change in my 24/7 struggle.
