Extremely sweet and can literally see the sugar crystals. I have been loving Gruns for a long time, and when I seen them in stores I immediately canceled my subscription. I mean its so much cheaper, but they are AWFUL! They are nowhere near what I've gotten used to with this brand. They are grainy, hard in some spots, but soft and sticky in others, and they taste bitter.

I was not consistent at first and did not see the results of increased energy and alertness that I witness now. I think the methylated B vitamins really helped also. I just bought more.

The biggest was energy and focus. What a life saver. I'll use these for the rest of my life. My body feels so much better when I treat it properly. Easy to take is another positive. We travel often and I was previously using a greens powder which was great however totally not convenient. These provide even better nutrition support and the ease of being able to take wherever without needing to mix or have a drink to go with them. I will definitely continue to purchase

I got the three month supply- so we'll see!

This is my daily routine now to have both Nütrops and Gruns. I have severe chronic illnesses and malnutrition is common, but not with this power duo! Please try this. As a person with a history of nothing working, I was impressed. I have texture issues but was able to enjoy these without issues!
