[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd say the first time I had them, it was a little weird especially if you smell them but by the second and third days of taking them, I enjoyed them. I wanted the SF to not add sugar to my vitamins but did try the low sugar. Low sugar was a little better but not enough to change from the SF. They don't feel heavy in my stomach like other gummy vitamins do. I would definitely recommend them but make sure to take them a few days.

They make it so easy to just grab and go, i can grab a handful to just take with me to work for the week or keep some in my vehicle. That way i get busy and forget to take a pack i just have some stored someplace for easy grabbing. The flavors are really good also. Lastly, i'll take a pack once a day to help if i have a sweet tooth but dont want to eat candy.

I have more energy and even after a long day at work I'm feeling less fatigued. I started using it in conjunction with a GLP-1 and, in addition to knowing that it should help offset any lack of nutrients caused by the change in died, a pack with lunch leaves me feeling a little better over the course of the day.
