A couple of days ago, I realized I have been feeling better than I was a month ago. More energy, more focus, many good things..At that moment, it occurred to me the only change I have made in my lifestyle is taking these vitamins! I'm a believer that these are doing some great things for me. I let my daughter taste mine and now I am ordering the kids version for her. I will also add, I'm a 48 year old woman dealing with menopause in whatever stage, (do we really know which stage is what anymore, seriously) and to feel as good as I do, well I'm hoping it doesn't go away :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste and texture are actually pretty good. There is an insane number of ingredients packed into these 8 little bears. My hope was to improve my gut health along with other things Grüns says it will benefit. However, my digestive system did NOT like this at all. After 4-5 consecutive days of eating these, my system was constantly gassy (and not to get too graphic, but really foul smelling) to the point of not feeling well. Turns out if you are sensitive to FODMAP foods (that would be me), this may not be for you. This will be the one and only bag I purchase and I'm really glad I got it on a discount.
