Still the taste is NOT bad but if you are expecting to be eating haribos gummy bears, these are not it. I have loved the routine that these have created for me, not only does it make me feel like I'm doing something good for myself but it also has helped keep me "regular" :) I wanted to also add that I was "influenced" on instagram and I haveb been influenced in the past and this is the best one so far!

However, they are super tasty and I actually look forward to having my little pouch after lunch. That is so much better than dreading all the pill form vitamins I was taking. My mother just passed and I was with her for the last month. I was constipated the entire time. I tried everything and nothing helped. Day 2 of grind and I finally found relief. I also let my husband try them and he loved them. He hates vegetables so now we both take them!
