They are easy to take as they come in convenient packets. I can’t yet comment on the health benefits as this is my first week taking them, but the ingredients make me feel like I’m doing something good for my body.

Back to normal. Taste great, they don't smell the greatest but taste yummy and actually take away my craving for something sweet. It's my treat of the day. I don't always take the whole pack each day, but even taking less, they still work. I think I'll have my mom try them. She doesn't eat much and the extra nutrients would be beneficial to her! She's 85.

I don't eat candy because of the sugar. but these are like a little special treat every evening before bed. I love it. There are sugar-free. And I love the even better benefit.
