Being on a GLP-1, it has definitely been a game changer for keeping things moving and staying comfortable. Prior to starting Gruns, I was having a lot of issues with that. It's not cheap but it's an expense I'm willing to pay if it makes the GLP-1 more effective because of its digestive benefits. That's my primary reason for using.
