(1 net carbs) but I am not doing net carbs yet. Maybe when I'm further along in my journey, I will switch back. I also didn't notice a difference with my poop.

Having said all that, I realize that not much can likely be done re the texture, quantity and aftertaste in order to fit all the vitamins/ minerals etc. I gave them a try but do not want to continue them.

I find Gruns to be helpful not only with filling in on nutrition,but if I take the Gruns before my handful of pills, I find I get less stomach upset. That helps me to stay on track with pill taking. The gummy format also makes for fewer pills to swallow. That is appreciated.

They taste good and for someone who doesn't eat fruits & veggies everyday, I can rest assured knowing I'm getting my daily intake with these. Plus they are maxed here in the USA! 🇺🇸 My gut health has definitely improved. And being someone with celiac disease this really helps with the added probiotics. I loved the grinch flavor at Christmas time too! Maybe for Valentine's Day they will come up with a fun flavor too!
