My only issue is that the mineral content of these gummies are low compared to the daily value of vitamins they are able to pack into these. This means you either need to be consuming a well rounded diet or get your minerals from another supplement. Otherwise, I love the core nutrient blend and how easy it is to take them compared to capsules.

I am someone who takes vitamins and supplements regularly so the vitamins and supplements in these gummies should not be causing this. I consulted with my doctor and it was determined that this product is what was causing the issue. I really hate that this did not work for me and my family. Unfortunately I will be canceling my subscription as soon as I am able. The only reason I was not able to cancel sooner was because my brother was very ill and recently passed away. I have been with my family and have not been able to tend to personal matters. I have at least 8 unopened bags that I guess I will have to give away, unless you are able to help me with a return.
