The taste took some getting used to but by the time I ate the second paxk, I didn't mind it. Now a few weeks in I look forward to my Gruns. My energy levels are so much higher than they usually are at this point in my menstrual cycle. I'm so happy with Gruns and my husband is loving them too!

Having said all that, I realize that not much can likely be done re the texture, quantity and aftertaste in order to fit all the vitamins/ minerals etc. I gave them a try but do not want to continue them.
