I have not noticed any major differences, but as someone with a very sensitive system, I am pleased that my body reacts well to them. The taste is good, the texture is firm but chewy (close to a Swedish fish consistency), and they’re great as a standalone snack or with a meal. I’ve tried them at all different times of day, and I haven’t settled on a set time. Not sure if I will, actually. I like just seeing when I’m in the mood for them. I’m looking forward to the coming weeks and seeing what positive changes I’m feeling in my body. Would recommend!

It is so difficult to get all the nutrients you need in a day, but swallowing down the juice is not always easy, lol. Now it is quick and easy and the gummies are delicious!
