After a few weeks, my energy is better, and I feel like it is helping with my stress levels as well. Plus they are delicious! My little treat for the day!

The ingredients are great with the exception of “natural flavors” which can be a whole bunch of stuff. I contacted the company and got a list of the ingredients which I was extremely happy about.

If I had one critique it would be the packaging isn’t always consistent so some months it’s harder to get into the packs than others and also the gummies themselves are slimy some months and leave residue on your fingers.
