My digestive tract feels much better with gruns and because they aren’t traditional pills, I don’t mind taking them as much. I also love the daily notifications that I get to remind me to take them.

The biggest thing I’ve noticed is an improvement in digestion. They are great for my picky son who doesn’t get the nutrition he needs from his food.
