I found out about GRUNS when I was researching constipation side affects when I began my GLP-1 journey. They are tasty and easy to take and digest. I would recommend them to anyone! I subscribed and paid one price then only a few weeks later Gruns tried charging me one and a half more than the original price so what incentive is there to subscribing? Wish I knew. It’s now been almost 2 weeks and I can tell a huge improvement with my tummy issues. One thing I really like about them is they don’t taste bad at all, they are actually pretty good 😊
