I don't eat candy because of the sugar. but these are like a little special treat every evening before bed. I love it. There are sugar-free. And I love the even better benefit. The sugar -free ones were a hard pass for me as I could not get by smell of them and the slimy texture . I tried those first and almost gave up on Gruns .... but thankfully I tried the low sugar !!
