[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are rarely the recommended dosage per packet. It is 7, 9, sometimes 10! At times, there is a little extra nub that doesn't resemble anything. This concerns me about overall quality controls. I always just take 8 and save up the extra until there is 8. They seem to cause me more intestinal distress than they help. I've used both regular and sugar free and different flavors. I discontinued talking them and the cramps and explosive diarrhea stopped. After three months I have normalized my bowel movements again. I no longer need to worry about unexpectedly messing in my pants and avoiding social situations because of this.
