I'm on Ozempic for my diabetes. I continue to take the Gruns because aside from fixing the constipation, I feel better than I did before I started taking them. I was hesitant to try the sugar free version of the Gruns, but they are delicious!

I am currently on a GLP1 medication, and experiencing digestive issues. I am not good at taking pills, so I thought these “delicious” gummies were the answer to my prayers. That was, until I tasted them! They are DISGUSTING! I couldn’t even finish one whole package in the beginning. And I bought two big bags, thinking my husband, 2 kids, and myself would each take them every day. I was SO DISAPPOINTED! I literally told everyone at work about them, and how it was totally false advertising because they are made out to be a delicious treat that the influencers look forward to eating every day, but they are actually SO GROSS! Several of my coworkers had seen the ads for them as well, and had thought about purchasing them. I ended up bringing them to work and sharing them with my coworkers. They gave me mixed reviews, and made me think that my initial reaction was a little extreme, so I tried them again. The second time I tried them was in the evening when I was pretty hungry, and hadn’t had any sugar/sweets that day, so I was able to stomach them. I forced myself to eat them a third day, just to give them a chance. It was after the third day that I began to notice their effects. They were actually helping my digestion like they claimed they would. Now I force myself to eat a package every day, even though I have to pretend that I’m on “Fear Factor” to get them down, because I still think they are so gross, but they are doing the job that I need them to do. I probably won’t buy any more after the 2 bags are gone, but I guess I am getting what I paid for, minus the delicious treat part.
