It's easy to travel with this product as I am on the road all the time so I just take the number of packets needed! My last blood tests were good and it improved my vitamin D levels and has helped a bit with making me more regular.

It can have heart health consequences and potential for kidney disease. So please send the ingredients to your Primary Care Physician before taking. The formulas sounds great when in an add, but there are hardly any warnings. It's not a medication so I'm not sure the law requires it. Just check with your doctor. Please.

I am slowly working to get past it but honestly it hasn't been easy for me. I also take the nutrop gummies and they taste so much better. I also have been trying to figure out to combine the 2 accounts. I get messages wanting me to add the nutrops but it doesn't show up when I try.

It's yummy and helps cover a little nutritional gap on days when we don't quite manage to fit in all our food groups. I love that it feels like a treat, basically like a vitamin fruit snack, but at the same time I know I'm doing something good for my body. It just makes me feel better knowing I've got that extra boost on the days when meals aren't perfectly balanced.
