The individual packs make it easy to throw in your purse and have them as a snack on the go. I also pack them in my luggage when traveling. I've recommended them to my entire family.

I haven't been taking these for long to notice a difference. I was shocked at the taste at first. I wouldn't call it a gummy but the texture reminds me of a fruit roll up. Taste is okay not the aftertaste stays for so so long that I don't look forward to taking them as much as I'd hoped.

But more than that, I have not noticed any particular change or improvement in my overall health and this includes no noticeable change to gut health, sleep, energy levels, etc.
