I was not consistent at first and did not see the results of increased energy and alertness that I witness now. I think the methylated B vitamins really helped also. I just bought more.

They’ve helped a lot with regularity, make it easy to squeeze more veggies into my day, and I’ve noticed benefits for my skin and hair as well. That said, I do think they’re on the expensive side, and I wish the subscription came with more of a true “member discount.” Overall a great product, just priced a bit high.

I have suffered with gut issues for several years now. I have tried a lot of the powdered greens and green drinks, but none come close to the impact Gruns have had.
