I can’t say they’ve made a big impact on my health but I enjoyed eating a packet or two every day. I ordered the sugar free kind. I just love them! Initially, my husband and I were a bit hesitant about the taste, but it’s truly become a favorite. However, sometime the product seems inconsistent. Sometimes the gummies are super dry, and sometimes they’re sweaty. Also, sometimes there are 7 in a packet, and sometimes there are 15. So that makes me question consistency.

(1 net carbs) but I am not doing net carbs yet. Maybe when I’m further along in my journey, I will switch back. I also didn’t notice a difference with my poop.
