First two weeks I was going consistently. On my 4th week and I'm back to being inconsistent and constipated. I take them daily as suggested. Haven't decided if it's really worth the money yet.

I also have become quite regular in regards to my bowels. I was struggling for two weeks and this has seemed to help. At first i was feeling quite a bit of gas but that has disappeared. So far so good .

However, I tried them and love them! I find it hard not to eat several packs a day. Easy peasy. I like that. I don't have to think about it. I can open one package and be done.

I found out about GRUNS when I was researching constipation side affects when I began my GLP-1 journey. They are tasty and easy to take and digest. I would recommend them to anyone!
