I'm not as bloated, I'm more regular, my nails are more healthy, I have more energy…and all that in using these for a week. They really are a great little multivitamin.

Unlike so many other reviews I haven't noticed a change in my hair, nails or skin. I keep taking them because it's easy to remember, unlike other vitamins.
