[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having problems with bowel regulation and gut health as a result of some of my medications. Once I started taking gruuns I was back to normal within a couple of days. They taste good, and help keep my system balanced.

I do have noticeably more energy since starting these, I've been taking them almost 2 months now. The first month they did cause gas, but that has now passed thankfully. They taste ok, not delicious, but not bad either. They do seem to help my digestion too. I will continue to take these as my daily multivitamin, as I have taken a multivitamin for years, and just switched to this one because of my digestive issues.

I've now been taking these for about a month and I haven't noticed anything except being extra gassy. Lol! Not exactly what I was looking for, but I will stick with it to see if any positive effects take place. They are easy to eat...a little sweet treat in my day. We'll see.

I was excited to have a more convenient and delicious gummy rather than mixing a powder, but cannot get past the grit of the gummies. I have had these for over a week and still have not gotten through a whole packet. In all fairness, i do have a texture issue, but you are not just supposed to be choking down 1-3 gummies a day, but EIGHT gummies each and every day! The taste (without the grit) is not horrible, but it has a slightly sweet berry flavor that has a PURE vitamin aftertaste that does not go away quickly. It does have TONS of fruits and veggies and i definitely feel it would be a quality suppliment, if i could possibly get them choked down. Unfortunately, i cannot give an honest review on the quality or improvement of my health, because 1 gummy a day for a week, would not be a fair assesment. For me, i will have to stick with my powder that i can grind up further into a finer powder and mix with my pineapple juice to break up and disolve the grit better.

Not overly sweet, not grassy, and no weird aftertaste. That alone makes it a win because if something tastes bad, I will not take it consistently. I love that it combines greens, vitamins, and gut support all in one. It feels like a simple way to fill in the gaps on busy days when my meals are not perfect. I have noticed better digestion and more steady energy without feeling jittery.
