My husband saw the bag and admitted he has been eating them too. I had to up my subsription so I will not run out. It is too early to say how we feel or if we see a healthy change, but they are delicious.

No mixing, no weird taste, and they don’t upset my stomach, which is huge for me. I was looking for help thru different products and thank God that Gruns came in. This is the only thing that has helped me to remain consistent on a daily basis and I’m so grateful for it. Wish it wasn’t so expensive but definitely worth it in the long run.

Much more regular than I have been. Although my husband doesn't like the smell when I open the packet. The flavor is dang tasty. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact they are all natural and provide a good portion of RDAs for vitamins. I like they provide fiber, and gut health help. I have trouble with vitamin pills causing my stomach to get upset, and cause nausea. Since the Gruns are made from food and not chemicals my body seems to accept them better. I will say the flavor leaves a little to be desired but knowing it's good for me I will tolerate it;-)
