The taste was hard to get used to now that I'm used to the taste. They don't taste bad. They're actually pretty good and I do have to say I am now regular. This is a good product and gut friendly.

If I had one critique it would be the packaging isn't always consistent so some months it's harder to get into the packs than others and also the gummies themselves are slimy some months and leave residue on your fingers.

It wasn't magic in one day, but over the course of the first bag, I felt better. “Things” were moving like they should. If you are on the fence about trying them…. Just do it. Give it time. It's not a one week “fix all” but you'll notice a difference after the first week or so. I get it, for some of us, that's a lot of money. It's worth it. Trust me.

Saw so many videos raving about these that I thought I'd give them a try. I'm so glad I only bought the trial size with 3 packets because I couldn't even finish the one I tried. I cant even deacribe how weird the taste of these is. It's somewhere between chalky and dusty and the aftertaste didnt go away forever (I even ate dinner and I could still taste it). I dont know why so many people rave about these. I wouldnt wven give them to my coworker that I can't stand.
