What I have noticed is that my sugar cravings have started to taper off and I feel as though I am getting more restful sleep at night and not waking up as tired. I feel like I have more energy. While I am not a fan of the smell or taste, I am getting used to them.

Saw so many videos raving about these that I thought I'd give them a try. I'm so glad I only bought the trial size with 3 packets because I couldn't even finish the one I tried. I cant even deacribe how weird the taste of these is. It's somewhere between chalky and dusty and the aftertaste didnt go away forever (I even ate dinner and I could still taste it). I dont know why so many people rave about these. I wouldnt wven give them to my coworker that I can't stand.
